Debugging Scheme of DCS System-Check Before Power On


Abstract:


Field debugging is mainly to check the use of system software, and the application software configuration confirmation and functional testing. In this paper, the relevant debugging scheme and steps of DCS system are described in detail.

Today, Introducing what to do before the power on:


Cable insulation resistance meets the requirements (more than 5M euro), check the cable insulation resistance test record, and spot check the actual measurement if necessary.


Check that all power lines, signal lines and communication buses are connected correctly.

The model and position of each frame card, adapter and its interface in the control station, operation station and engineer station are correct.

The preset knob of each card is in the correct position.


The power supply unit and the power switch on the card are all in the "OFF" position, and all fuses are intact.

Grounding resistance test for grounding system:


A. Remove the "MG" and "CG" grounding bus from the ground floor of the control room, and use the grounding resistance tester to measure the base grounding resistance respectively, which shall meet the design requirements (less than 10 euros).

B. Use multimeter to check whether the grounding bus bar of each cabinet is connected with "MG" and "CG" grounding plates respectively.

C. The insulation resistance measured between "MG" and "CG" shall meet the requirements of gbj93-86 specification (more than 5M euro).


UPS power supply testing:


A. Check that the power panel and the power switch are in the "OFF" position.

B. Check that the power panel and the power switch are in the "OFF" position.The electrical personnel will put the UPS into operation. The voltage before the measurement is sent to the main power switch of the power panel of the instrument should be 220VAC±10% and 50Hz±2%.

C. UPS uninterrupted test by electrical personnel.(repeat the test after the full load is used, and the battery power supply time should not be less than 30 minutes)
